10-1-13 Powell Gardens and Anna 3 year pictures

For Christmas last year, Jason bought me a SLR camera. I had wanted one for a long time to be able to take decent pictures of the kids. I love it! For Anna's 3 year pictures, I decided to take her to Powell Gardens. It is a little less than an hour from our house and is absolutely amazing! I hadn't been there since my 16th birthday, but I cannot wait to go back as we only had a short amount of time there that day. Anna was totally enthralled with it. For a place that didn't have a playground or anything that I would usually deem "memorable" for a 3 year old, she loved it. She still talks about going back there and how pretty it was and what we saw. Anna wasn't in a cooperative mood when it came to pictures, but I still got some good ones. These are my favorites:

The others aren't bad. I can't wait to take all of the kids there and take pictures. Maybe in the spring.
