2-7-10 A Few Pics

And this will catch me up to date. We celebrated my sister's birthday at my Mom's on Sunday and I didn't take many pics, but I had a few. I particularly love the one of Nate holding Sarah in the air. I made him hold still while I got the camera out and turned it on. Joshua adores his baby cousin.

2-6-10 Chinese New Year Celebration

A friend of ours invited us to go, and it was a really neat show! We left at intermission because it had already been a long day (and it was getting late for 3 little kids), but they all loved it and want to go back next year!

1-31-10 the kids

So it had been a while since I had taken pics of the kids and I decided to take some last Sunday before church. The kids posed themselves and some are goofy and some are serious. They show their personalities so well.

1-28-10 Joshua's 3rd Grade Musical

The music teacher does a phenomenal job every year preparing each grade to present a musical. (Zachary's will be in April.) This one was about bully the bullfrog and it was adorable! I was fortunate enough to get to go to the morning and evening performance. He is a toad. In the first picture, he is the 2nd from the right on the back row.

1-16-10 Patee House Museum

Jason's Grandma came down for the weekend, and Saturday we went to St Jo to the Patee House Museum. It was really neat. It used to be a hotel (and is right next to Jesse James' house), and now is a museum. There is an old gas station, a steam engine, gallows, old cars, tavern, wagons, general store, photographers shop, fire trucks... just about anything you can imagine wanting to learn about. I learned a lot and would love to go back.

1-1-10 Christmas

We had Christmas #3 New Years Day with my Mom and sister and BIL and nephew. We had a fun day, and the kids got some really cool things (like street hockey equipment!).

Christmas Pics

We got a huge snow storm Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we weren't able to go to Oklahoma Christmas Day like we planned, but we still had a nice time, and we left for Tulsa the day after (once the highways were open again).

And here are the pics from Tulsa
